Harvest the goodness
It's that time of year again. The morning air has definitely gotten cooler, the sun rises passing 7am, no more air conditioning in the house, pumpkin sellers everywhere, Halloween candies are out in the stores. I can tell the autumn has arrived even in this all-year-long warm city. This autumn will feel little more special to my husband and me because of our big harvest (more credits to my husband to be honest;)). We decided to plant Korean sweet potatoes in our garden earlier this year, mainly for me. Korean or Asian sweet potatoes look similar with yams but they taste much sweeter and very flavorful. Grown up in Korea, yams can never replace sweet potatoes for me;) As this planting was our very first trial for Korean sweet potatoes, we had no idea how this will turn out, and voila!
