What usually comes in your thought when cooking?

Cooking can be simple only to take care of your hunger or it can be more than that. No right or wrong answer but I would like to put effort when I cook. I do enjoy cooking. Most of my dishes are Korean as a South Korean native but I also challenge myself by cooking non-Korean dishes.  No matter what I cook, I would like to spend time choosing the ingredients-I try to avoid pre-made products, check the origin of the ingredients, and cook from scratch as much as possible. I also would like to assure the condition of the cooking tools, that is, how I cook, and the nutritious benefits. My husband and I found this gem from our recent trip to Bordeaux, France. It was a small local sandwich shop that bakes their baguette in their shop. I came to realize that a sandwich can be a piece of art after this visit.
