When do you feel satisfied... "100%"...when working out?
Great sequences of exercises with proper equipments, professional and friendly instructor, fueling (either calm or fast beats) background music, comfortable work-out apparel, the right temperature...what else do you need for complete satisfaction when working out?
Did I mention cleanliness yet? I have seen so many gyms and Pilates studios with less than perfect sanitary conditions...haven't you? Dust, hair, sweaty equipments, feet prints on the floor, jumbled exercise equipments, etc.
I strongly believe tidiness and clean environment increase your concentration and reduce stress, and you can find my belief in Systematic Pilates. Although we don't wear shoes inside the studio, I still ensure to vacuum the floors of the exercise room and bathroom after every single session. I also use tea tree oil to clean all the equipments and area as it is naturally antibacterial, vice cleaning chemicals, because I understand my clients come here to get HEALTHIER, and care about that!
