Not French any longer…
It is always SO exciting to wait for packages from my home, South Korea. It makes me feel like a little child waiting for the response to her prayer for a Christmas gift. Daeun, my anatomy teacher, sent this wonderful care package from South Korea. Very thoughtful of her.

I found Daeun this January when I was searching for a good anatomy book in Korean. An understanding of human anatomy is a mandatory prerequisite to train for Pilates, and I thought it may be helpful if I review it in Korean. My search led me to her blog and eventually to her online lessons. Being a former nurse working for one of the top five Korean hospitals, and a certified Pilates instructor, Daeun’s anatomy lessons have been phenomenal. Gosh, I remember the first day I took the anatomy class which was a part of the Stott Pilates instructor training program. It was absolutely French to me. Now going through five months with Daeun, joints, muscles, and body movements make great sense. What an awesome feeling, I am moving FORWARD as a Pilates instructor.
