Giusi

Giusi is my very first reformer Pilates instructor, and we met in Messina, Sicily. We worked together until I relocated to the U.S. in 2023. Even though we couldn’t communicate 100% freely because of our language barrier that was never a problem understanding her lessons and what she wanted to see from my movements. Now recalling, her precise method of teaching is very similar to Stott Pilates which I loved so very much. 

I was slowly telling her I was interested in becoming a Pilates instructor, and she started to give me some advice. Now I have relocated to the U.S. but she is still a part of my Pilates journey.
